Some files feel ordinary… until the moment they disappear. Family photos, work documents, scans, projects – suddenly a drive won’t start, a computer refuses to boot, or a USB stick is no longer recognised. It feels as if everything is gone at once.
For me, data recovery is not just a technical operation. It is a way of showing respect for what matters to you.
I begin by listening: what was stored on the device, what is most important to you, what you are afraid of losing. Then I explain each step in simple language, so you always know what I am doing and why.
Whenever possible, I work on a copy, avoid writing new data to the damaged media, and try to preserve every small chance of success. If we manage to bring files back – even partially – I sort and organise them so that you receive a clear, usable folder instead of a chaotic list of names.
Every case is different. But the intention is always the same: to save what can be saved, and to give you a bit of peace of mind again.
